1. Acceptance
By downloading, installing, or using the Arive consumer app (“Arive”) or the Arive Connect restaurant app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the services.
2. The Service
Arive provides an augmented-reality menu viewer and a cross-restaurant loyalty network. Arive does not process payments for meals — payment is taken directly by each restaurant. Points earned through the loyalty program have no cash value and are redeemable only within the Arive network at participating restaurants.
3. Account responsibilities
You are responsible for activity that happens through your account. Keep your verified email and phone up to date so that login codes can be delivered to you. Sharing your account or transferring loyalty balance is not permitted.
4. Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to circumvent loyalty earn or redeem flows, fabricate transactions, or claim points you did not earn.
- Do not upload content that is illegal, infringing, hateful, or pornographic.
- Do not scrape, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the service.
5. Restaurant obligations
Restaurants on the platform must honour points presented by customers within the maximum redemption percentage they configured, and accurately enter bill totals. Failure to honour the loyalty contract may result in suspension and recovery of mis-paid amounts from settlement.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that pose a safety or fraud risk. You may delete your account at any time from Profile → Account actions.
7. Liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Arive is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the greater of (a) the fees you paid Arive in the 12 months preceding the claim or (b) USD 100.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
