Is there a contract or setup fee?+
No setup fee. Standard is month-to-month with no contract. Annual is a one-year commitment billed up front. Loyalty Partner is metered with no minimum term — cancel anytime with 30 days' notice.
How does the 2% Loyalty Partner commission work?+
Arive collects payment, deducts 2% of the order subtotal (before tax and tip), and settles the remainder to your Stripe account within two business days. A $19/month floor applies in months where commission earned would be lower — this keeps the platform sustainable for new venues.
Can I switch tiers?+
Yes, at any time. Going from Standard to Loyalty Partner takes effect on your next billing cycle. Going the other way is immediate — your card on file is charged a prorated amount for the rest of the month.
Are 3D scans included?+
Scans are billed separately as a service — $39 per dish, on-site. Standard Annual customers get two free re-shoots per year. We can also process models you provide if you have them in glTF or USDZ format.
What about taxes?+
Prices shown are exclusive of applicable sales tax / VAT, which is calculated and charged at checkout based on your billing address.
