Signing in

I'm not getting my login code

Codes arrive within ~30 seconds for SMS and 1–2 minutes for email. Check your spam folder. If nothing arrives, tap Resend on the verification screen. Codes expire after 10 minutes.

Can I sign in on multiple devices?

Yes — sign in on each device with the same email or phone. Your loyalty balance, saved restaurants, and history stay in sync.

Loyalty & points

How do I earn points?

Show your member QR code (in the Wallet tab) to the cashier at any Arive Loyalty Partner restaurant. Points are awarded on the final paid amount automatically.

Can I redeem points anywhere?

Points are redeemable at any Arive Loyalty Partner restaurant, regardless of where they were earned. The cashier will look up your balance and apply your chosen discount.

When do points expire?

Points expire 12 months after they are earned if your account stays inactive. Any earn or redeem transaction resets the clock.

Scanning & menus

The QR scanner won't focus

Make sure the camera permission is granted in your device settings. Hold the QR code 15–25cm away in good light and align it inside the green frame.

AR view isn't working

AR requires iOS 13+ or a recent Android device with ARCore support. Items without a 3D model show a regular photo instead.

Account & data

How do I delete my account?

Go to Profile → Account actions → Delete account. This permanently removes your profile, loyalty balance, and history within 30 days.

How do I update my email or phone?

Profile → Personal details. Verifying a new identifier sends a fresh OTP. Removing your last verified identifier is not allowed for security.
